Building muscle&bulk on arms?!


Question: Building muscle&bulk on arms!?
okay, i really want my arms to get bigger!.
& the nearest gym is like in another town!.
i'd like some excersises i can do at home to add munscle & bulk to my arms!.

& i was wondering!.!.
is it possible to make a lower arm bigger,
like between my hands to my elbow!.
is it possible to make that area bigger!?
if so, please tell me some excersises i can do to make it bigger!.

so!.!. how do i add bulk to my arms & my lower arms at home !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay use the pushups!. Just do a lot of push ups will add bulk and rips to your arms!.Do 15 reps of 20 pushups everyday!. You have to eat food though!. Try some turkey sandwhiches, and any vegies!. You know heavy food!. Eat to satisfaction but not glutony!.

If you want that fore arm bigger!. Just get you a barbell and curl your wrist in reps until your arm burns!. If you touch your arm it should feel hard as a rock!. This means its working!. If you dont have barbells use something you can hold equavilent!. Do everyday!. Make yourself a real hard day then a easy day!. Every other day!. Have fun!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its harder for girls to get bulky!. but use heavier wieghts and drink protien shakes, thats how some of my friends build muscle for swimming!. (not me though i like being little)

but the muscles in your lower arm are mainly ones to move fingers!. so i'm not sure you would isolate just those!. i would just do arm muscles excercies in general beacuse it'll help them a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
