Question: Exersise Routine!.!.!.ANYONE!?!!?!!?!!?!!?
Okay I wanted to know if anyone knew an easy and fast routine to lose weight!( not because im fat its just want to lose some extra pounds!.!.!.if a girl answers or is reading they might know what im talking about! )

There is no easy or fat way to get in shape!. Watch your carbs, fast food and sodas!. Drink lots of water and exercise!. Walking (fast paced), swimming, riding a bicyle or even roller blading are great exercise and will help you burn fat!. remember if you are doing any type of cardio workup, if you are sweating you are burning fat!. Just an FYI, just sitting around and sweating is not losing fat, just losing water and there is no toning invloved!. I ride a bicycle about 20 miles a day and go to the gym!. Being a female I like to focus on my lower body (hips, butt and legs) and stomach, but do work my upper body for a balanced look and feel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well you could try swimming laps since its summer :D!.
You could also jog or run around your neighborhood or on a treadmill!.
You could do sit ups too!
If you do those things for a while you will begin to see results!

well im losing weight by doing an 8 mile bike ride every 2 days and working my upper body on mon,wed,fri
