Muscualr guy want tolose fat but keep his muscles?
im 20. I have a muscular body after months of weight lifting and training. But now i have noticed i still have fat around my chest and stomach and side (not too much but still noticable) What diet would rid me of this fat without affecting my muscles (or not too much) The south beach diet brings back the fat lost quickly what can i do to prevent this?

Answers:

Diet is pretty straightforward. You don't really need a special diet to lose fat. Just stay away from saturated fats (mono/polyunsaturated are good for you and actually help you LOSE fat), get lots of fiber and protein, and don't over-indulge on simple carbohydrates, like sugar.

Aerobic exercise burns fat. If you're someone who does not want to lose any mass though, I suggest either increasing reps and decreasing weight on all your lifts (this is a form of "cardio", and also causes physiological changes in your muscles allowing them to lift more), or you can do basic calisthenics. Both of these are both cardio AND strength training, so you will be maintaining (possibly even gaining) mass and losing fat simultaneously.
