Question: Power walking/Jogging!?
Which is better for fat burn/weight loss!?
for example i would jog for 40 min
or speed walk for 80-90

Not only is it quicker, it speeds your heart up!. Which is EXCELLENT, plus your stamina will increase much faster!.

speed walking!. i just saw this question and answer in a magazine!. because you are walking for a longer period of time, you are burning more calories!. but be sure that it is a power walk for quite a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

speed walking for 90 minutes would be better , elevated heart rate for a longer period of time will boost your metabolism for the whole day and you wont have to deal with "joggers crash"Www@Answer-Health@Com
