I've lost some weight but...?!


Question:

I've lost some weight but...?

Ok, I've lost at least 4-5 kilos. My waist is definitely getting smaller but my big fat tummy stays the same.... and my arms and thighs aren't getting smaller either. How can I make them smaller?
I've been doing situps every morning after get up (about 25-30 times). how long will it take to make my stomach flat?
Please give me some advices!!

to reach my ideal weight I still have to lost about 5 kilos, not 15 kilos :p

Don't get frustrated. Losing weight in a healthy way takes time. You can achieve your goals, just keep it up. If I were you, I would do your sit-ups every other day. This will give your muscles time to repair (which is the time when they actually get stronger). 48 hours between strength training sessions is usually recommended to allow for this to happen. Are you doing any cardio? That will speed up your progress as well (besides, the abs you are building wont ever show until you lose the fat, and cardio helps with that).

To speed up your metabolism, you can also try (if you arent already) eating 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day.
