Question:
Too much food so far?
breakfast: 3/4 kashi with 1/2 container nonfat yogurt and lots of watermelon (like multiple cups- maybe 9?)
lunch: a carb free wrap(90cals) with lettuce, tomato, spread with 1 oz hummus(80 cals)
snack: 3/4 cup baby carrots with balsalmic, a pure protein bar (190 cals), a couple slices of challah bread (3), 1/2 a banana, a small apple, 3/4 of a carb free wrap(60cals) spread with 1oz hummus
exercise was 1 hr 1/2 brisk walk and 1 hr elliptical, 15 mins bike
i am having grilled salmon for dinner. would this be a lot for the day? how many calories is it?

Sounds pretty healthy to me.
Lots of fruits and vegetables are important.
I would maybe eat a little more meat today.
Also, a little more dairy like 3 servings a day.
And lots of water. If you don't drink 8 glasses a day, you body thinks it's dehydrating, so you actually retain more water.
If you want to maintain your weight, 2000 calories a day with some moderate exercise should do it.
If you want to lose weight, maybe 1800 calories a day.
If you want to eat less than 1800 cals a day, I would 1st consult a doctor.
