It is!. I've been doing it for a while, and i see results!. the problem is, after a week of doing it daily, your body gets used to this workout and it isnt as effective!. I say, buy it and then do it daily for a week and then start doing it everyother day!. You WILL see results!. If you have ondemand, then do the powersculpt inbetween days you do cardio max to see maximum results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
