Can a person loose 20 pounds in 14 days?!


Question: Can a person loose 20 pounds in 14 days!?
If I do cardio for 1 hour every day for two weeks, plus eat extremely healthy, raw veggies, water, protein, can I loose 20 pounds in 14 days!. I have heard that it is do-able but I wanted to know if there are any trainers or just people that have seen or done this!. Thanks! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Loosing that much weight, that fast is not healthy at all!.

it is do-able, seeing as in a single wrestling practice i have lost upwards of 12 lbs!. But that is mostly in water weight!.

I recommend sticking to exaclty what you said up there as a workout plan!. eat healthy ( if you would like a diet plan e-mail me)!. As well as working out, but dont just do cardio!. mix in pilates and other toning exercises!.

Your goals are short term and extreme, so even if you do lose it, you will gain it back because it doesn't sound like you're planning on staying on this regimen (the faster you lose it, the faster you'll gain it back)!.

Instead, scale it back a bit!. Instead of cardio for 1 hour, do INTENSE cardio for 20 minutes!. The short length and quick results of this will have you more likely to stay on this program after those two weeks pass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No you can't but you can get close!. You can lose 20 lbs in 30 days!. But not 14!. Eventually your metabolism will slow down too much because in order to lose that much weight you'd have to cut down too many calories and exercise too much so your body would go into breakdown mode and get famished!. Think of your body as an instrument-when overworked it eventually burns down!. You can lose about a lb a day but this isnt healthy either-however possible!. Cut down to 1400 calories, drink water, eat 3 meals of 400 cals 2 snacks of 150, and exercise an hr and you will lose a lot of weight!. maybe not 20 in 14 days, but definitely atleast 14 in 2 weeks!. Try a no carb diet for 2 weeks, then eat normal but with the 1400 calorie plan!. Worked for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1) Drink a glass of water before every meal!. It fills you up so you don't over eat!. Also drink a glass of cold water every morning - Your body burns calories by cooling down the water to make it useful to your body!.

2) Eat slowly - It takes your brain 20 minutes to realize you're full, so if you eat fast, you'll overeat!.

3) Never crash diet!. Don't go under 1200 calories a day!. It'll slow your metabolism down, and you won't be able to receive all the nutrients you need in a day!. And once you do start eating normally again, you'll regain all the weight you lost immediately!. Instead, take it slow and steady!.

4) Don't be a lazy bum!. Do jumping jacks while watching TV, run laps around the coffee table - Just try to keep yourself moving!.

5) Immediately after eating, pop a piece of cinnamon or mint gum in your mouth so you don't feel the urge to keep picking at your food!.

6) And don't beat yourself up if you had a bad day! Listen to your body - If you want something, have it! Just always remember to keep it in moderation!. But don't deprive yourself, or you won't get ANYWHERE!.

7) Leave a couple bites left on your plate when eating!. You can save calories by not eating every last bite!.

8) Substitute "diet" foods for regular foods - Skim milk for whole, low-fat cheese for full-fat cheese, light bread over regular bread, reduced calorie yogurt over regular yogurt, Splenda for sugar, etc!.

umm!.!. there are diets out there that will tell you anything!.!. but to loose weight healthily then in 2 weeks you should loose about 4-5 pounds!. By doing cardio you will build muscle so it will burn calories better but i doubt you will loose twenty pounds in two weeks!. hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
