Question: Does it matter what time you eat dinner!?
Hi!. Lately my schedule has been getting really screwed up and I find myself eating dinner at nine or later!. I'm really hungry by then!.
But I feel sluggish the next day!.
Could this be the cause!? And if so could I try to compromise with a heavy lunch and lighter dinner!?

A man once told me, "the later you eat, the richer you become!." Unfortunately it didn't work for me!.
As you get older, and especially if you get fatter, you are more prone to GER, gastro-esophageal reflux!. In such situations, you are better off eating early!. As you mentioned, some people are sluggish if they sleep after a heavy meal!.
Your solution might work, but then again, you might feel sluggish after a heavy lunch!. Perhaps two smaller meals!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Compromising like that is better than what you're doing, but still a bad idea!.
I understand having trouble with a busy schedule, but you HAVE to figure out something better!. The best kind of diet is actually 5-6 smaller meals spread out a lot!. It's okay to have something light at 9 or whatever time you're finding, but you shouldn't have a heavy meal then!. You should be eating heavier stuff a while before that!. Eat some stuff on the go if you need to, like a piece of fruit, or a wrap, or something like that!. Your body will thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should always eat 3 hours before you go to sleep so you have time to digest the food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
