Question: Is jogging or jumping rope good for burning 100 calories in 45 minutes!?
i want to have more today and think since i normaly workout 45 mins a day on my stepper if i could do a jog in place or jump to burn 100 calories extra for 45 mins!. is that possible or will i gain weight for burning those calories off and having a 100 calorie snack of course healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com

you would burn about 2000 calories if u jump rope for an hour non-stop roughly tht many anyway about 4 packets of crispsWww@Answer-Health@Com
