That will be almost impossible to lose that much in that small amount of time!. 10-15 pounds will take like 3 months!. Have you been told your overweight!? Because from the info you've giving it doesn't seem like you need to lose weight!. How old are you!?

Just exercise!. Don't just run or whatever do some weight lifting too!. Start your workout with some running/swimming (whatever is best for you) for about 30-45 minutes!. Then lift!.!.!.do the upper body one day and the lower body the next!. Switch back and forth between your days, don't do upper body and lower body in the same day and don't do upper body or lower body two days in a row thats not good for your muscles!. You might start by not having such a high goal!. 10-15 pounds in 21 days is going to be very tough! Try cutting your over all calorie intake by 500 a day to 1000-1500!. Do exercises that focus on your problem areas so that you are getting the results you want!. Drink lots of water!. Don't drink any soda or other calorie heavy drinks!

If time is of the essesnce I would try Dr!. Seigal's Cookie Diet!. The cookies have an appetite suppresant that helps control hunger!. You eat six of them a day and make yourself a light dinner!. It is a pretty agresive diet!.
In the long run you should probably consider other option, but if you just want to get the weight off fast this is one of the simplest and most effective diets out there!.

My friend is trying to lose ALOT of weight too and she kinda told me how!.
She went to these fitness club things but it didn't work for her!.
So what she does is she reduces the amount of food that she eats and try not to eat such fatening food!.
It'll help if you have some exercise things (running machines) in ur house!. Just keep walking alot that would help!.

Okay, 30 minutes is not enough, you should be exercising AT LEAST an hour a day and if you want a good diet try either weight watchers or slim fast (slim fast is the easiest to follow) and attend the weight watchers meetings in the mornings, they helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat very well!.!.!.like not too much meat (fish and stuff is really good since it has not a lot of calories!.) eat veggies and fruits!. Cut bread and pastas and stuff a lot!. BUT DO NOT STOP EATING!!! Cause when you start eating again, you'll twice as much fat! So go work out, run, go swimming it's also really good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

by doing 2 hrs a day on a stationary bike
it depends on your diet
avoid carbs and sugar or just use splenda
you may experiences tiredness so

Age will help!.

Also increase your metabolism, it burns fat even when your not doing anything becuase the rate goes up, but still exercise it will make the metabolism even faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
