Question: Losing weight :)!?
Hey everyone, i was wandering what excercises i could do at home to lose weight, want to try to work towards getting a six pack :), so what excercises should i do at home!? and how much of that excercise a day, and what kinda things i should drink/eat to help aswell, thanks for your time!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to do some pushups and pullups around the house, they will help you increase your metabolism, and help you get some muscles without tiring you out!. After you do them try running or maybe riding a bike, since your body is already warmed up, you will burn more calories!. Then of course do ab exercises, and dont forget your obliques!. Stay away from to many carbs, and make sure you stay away form the sweets!. Try eating more fruit and stick to the lean meats to!. Good luck thoWww@Answer-Health@Com
