Should i work out again?!


Question: Should i work out again!?
i started working out to be more active and to loose some weight!. i signed up for the gym!. and i plan to go to the gym 3 times a week for about an hour or two!. questions
1 is that a good workout for a beginner
2!. i mainly take cardio classes is that enough
3 how important is weight training
also i went for the first time tuesday and i am still sore today thursday!. today is my day at the gym should i go or let my muscles relax for another day and do a light tredmill workout

hi, good for u!.!. its always good to workout, u will benefit alot more then u think!.!.!.

2!. cardio is good!.!. but u do not need more then 30 - 40 mins 3 - 4 times a week cardio is what burns fat, and strengthens the heart

3!. weight training is important!. thats what raises your metabolism and strengthens your bones, and tones your body more then anything else! make sure u workout all your muscles!.!. everything, shoulders, chest, back, triceps, biceps, hamstrings, calves, quads!.!.!.!. get a trainer or someone there to show u exercises

4!. soreness is perfectly normal!.!. as long as its not sharp pain!.!. there is a big difference!.!. soreness means u had a good workout, just take a warm bath, try and strecth more!.!.

u can still workout after soreness just do different muscles!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey I'd take a day out to let your muscles reapir themselves a bit more!.!.!.!.if you have joined a decent gym the staff there should be able to set up a personalised plan for you based on your sepcific goals (fat loss, tone up, get fitter etc!.) - this way you won't try to do too much too soon, burn out and give up the gym altogether!!!!! (speaking from experioence here of several failed attempts and then finding the godly gym instructor who told me what to do and how to do it properly!!!)Www@Answer-Health@Com
