Question: Help with my obesity!?!!!?
Hi, I am wondering what I should do to lose weight fast before school starts!.
I am 5'3, 145 lbs, a medium-large frame, am a female, and am 12!. Am I fat!? How fat!? I want to lose like 20 pounds!. HELP!!!!

I ride my bike 6 miles a day, and DO NOT eat junk food!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You cannot help the size of your bones, they are genetic and have weight!.

You ride your bike 6 miles a day and that builds muscle and MUSCLE weighs more than fat ever thought of doing!.

Sorry babe!!! you cannot lose weight much at all with muscles rather than fat!!!

I personally like the fact that I can go into any store and buy clothes that fit without having to take a bunch of excess fabrics out to have them the correct length!! Smaller sizes just mean the clothes are too short for how they fit our figures!!!

School starts in like a month!. The first thing you should know is that the maximum amount of weight you are likely to lose in that time period, provided you really, really work at it, is 10 pounds!. 20 pounds in that time frame is totally unrealistic!. Eat 6 small meals a day from when you wake up!. um maybe that is how u r built to be!. I bet u are very musclar which is different from fat!. Instead of looking to lose weight why dont u try toning urself out!? Also U need to work out other parts of ur body as well!. The bike will only help tone ur legs!. Go for a jog or to do jumping jacks!. I would prefer Push ups!.
