Question: Is it bad to excercise off the amount of calories you eat!?
I'm trying to lose weight and i think that if i were to excercise off the amount of calories that i eat a day, i would lose weight in no time! so for example, if i eat 1000 calories, i would excercise off 1000 calories!. Is that healthy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well your body is burning 1200-2500 a day or more depending on how much you weigh!.
So if yours is only burning 1600 (mine) without exercise and you burn off exactly what you eat you will lose a pound every two days!. It's kinda like starving yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont know if its healthy or not but i've been trying it and Im not losing the weight fast enough!. :(

if you eat 1000 and take out a 1000 you still be the same!.!.!.you have to take out!.!.!.more calories then you eat in order to lose weight!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
