Question: How to slow down metabolism!.!?
I can eat a whole lot and gain nothing! I only weigh 104 lbs!. How do I slow down my metabolism!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

So you can eat whatever the heck you want and not gain any weight!? I had the exact same problem!.
You may have skinny arms, and a wimpy chest!. But do you know what else you have!? Natural abs!. You will not be fat!. You can be really really lazy and not get fat!. Do you know how jealous people are of you!?
But you're right, I hated being skinny!. So I started working out!. And eating A LOT!. After that, I actually did put on some weight!. Mostly in my arms and chest!. After that I had enough confidence to join the wrestling team at my school!.
Now I'm going into grade 12 this fall!. And I'm looking pretty studly :)
So just hit the weights, eat a lot, and have some patience!. Once you get further into puberty, everyone is kinda buff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you can pig out and be a couch potato!.

You can go on a SAFE fast for about 10 days!. It can be a juice fast if you want!. That will slow down your body's metabolism!. Yes, you will lose weight during the fast, however, after you get off the fast, your body will have slowed down your BMR!.

You could go on a diet plan so that you will be able to gain weight!. Usually, it will include meals that are high in good calories--as in healthy calories!. You can talk to your doctor about this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, working out actually raises your metabolisms rate!.
A lot of it probably has to do with what you're eating and the fact that you just have a fast metabolism, it'll eventually slow down in your 20's and if not, then just make sure that you're eating heavier foods that take longer to metabolize!.

Work out, gain your weight in muscle, I have a friend like that he's really skinny, but he has to work out to maintain his weight, if he doesn't work out it drops off !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
