Any exercise at all, for someone who's used to never exercising, is going to help tremendously!.

Your body is so used to being idle that 10-15 minutes would be a great start!. Hopefully, you'll eventually be able to up that to 30-45 minutes or more, and maybe change up exercises as well!.

exercise daily is important some people do to maintain their body and some people do as their professinon like sport players it depends upon the need!.what i say is there is nothing important than your bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com
