Am I doing pushups wrong?!


Question: Am I doing pushups wrong!?
I'm a 15 year old male i'm 6 foot 2!.5 inches i wiegh 165 pounds i'm pretty muscular for my weight i guess except my chest is very flabby and I don't know why!. When I do pushups I start off with my arms shoulder width and straight i usually use a chair to give my pushups an incline but when I do the pushups my arms get very tired and sore and my wrists hurt VERY badly unless I do the pushups off of my fists but for some reason my chest NEVER feels like it's being worked out no matter how thoroughly or how many pushups I do am I doing something wrong!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

its easy to hurt your wrists if you keep your palm flat on a hard surface

you're not doing something wrong, its fairly common

the solution is simple, do it with fists on pillows
OR simply buy push up bars, just google it
or do it on a half ball
