Work Out Questions, help please?

Is it better to have an intense workout 2 days a week, or 1? Because everyone says different things, but like... if you work out on monday and thursday, you have 3/4 days to recover.


Answers:

Well, think about it. Is it better for you to exercise more or less? Do you burn more calories exercising more or less? Don't worry about recovery time unless you're physically injured (soreness doesn't count!)... working through the pain will make you stronger in the long run.
Ideally, you should work out intensely 3/7 days and lightly the other four.
