Is it better to do situps on a weight bench or on a fitness ball?

besides is it good to do situps on a fitness ball anyway, i mean do you really get good results?


Answers:

Some say you get better results doing them on a fitness ball. The reason is because you have to engage your core muscles (abs and torso) in order to balance and stay where you want to be on the ball. You also have to use your legs (mainly quads) to keep yourself stable so you don't roll from side to side or front and back.

So, the ball may be better than floor or bench.

The main thing to focus on is just having good ... having perfect form. Whether it's on a bench, ball, or floor. Really focus on your abs. Don't pull on your head or neck. And do them really slow and controlled.
