Gaining muscle mass, 3 months?!


Question: Gaining muscle mass, 3 months!?
Hey everyone I am about 5'10-5'11 and I would say around 185 or so!.!.I currently drink a few sodas a day, and eat kinda unhealthy!.

anyway I am gonna start lifting weights and jumping rope, running, the whole nine, and I am going to cut out soda altogether and eat more healty!. Basically I wanna have a good body and lose my belly fat!.!.SO, I was just wondering if i worked out around 4 times a week alternating different parts of body when I lift and all that, would I see substantial results, and could someone please let me know what type of results i could see!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll definitely see results man!. Start out by totally cutting out soda like you said!. Once you get used to drinking only water you won't miss the soda!. If you workout 4x a week for an hr or so you'll definitely notice results!. Especially if you stick with it for 3 mths!. I suggest taking some sort of protein shake after your workout if your serious about getting bigger!. It's totally healthy and just sort of stupid not too!. Just remember you won't get bigger just with the shake, you have to bust your a** in the gym!. And remember, don't worry what the scale says!. Muscle weights more than fat!. Base your progress in the amount you can lift and how you look! Good luck man! Stick to it and you'll see major results quicker than you think!Www@Answer-Health@Com
