Question: Is this normal!? PLEASE HELP! 10 POINTS!!?
I am 15, 5"3, female, B36 size cup, and I weigh 128-130 lbs last time I checked!.

I want to know if that is really overweight or normal!? I feel guilty with everything I eat!. I dont excersize much but yesterday I started riding my bike for a half hour in the morning!. If I starve myself, what are the dissadvantages and advantages!. I want to lose it quick so that seems like the only way!. I dont pick out my food, my mother does!. And I only drink water because of my UTI!. Any ideas to lose it fast but in a good way!?!?!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok!. First of all, if you're really concerned that you're overweight or getting there, go see a doctor!. I'm pretty sure that by law they have to tell you of any health risks associated with, you know, living!. Your guilt about eating (and I'm taking a wild shot at this one because I don't know you at all) probably stems from the fundamental insecurity about finding your place in the world!. Humans are, essentially, pack animals and adolescence is the time in your life when you establish your social standing based on how you perceive yourself in relation to how you perceive others!. Inevitably, you'll question yourself!. Exercise is always a good thing, increases energy, accelerates metabolism, theraputic for a lot of people, etc!. If you starve yourself YOU WILL NOT LOSE FAT FIRST!. It's biology!. If you deny your body the calories it needs to sustain itself, it will store all the calories you do eat as fat because it's a more efficient way of storing energy!. Weight loss isn't a matter of dieting, it's a lifestyle change!. If you're really unhappy, change what you do and change what you eat!. If you voice your concerns to your mother, I'm sure she'll be responsive and will at least talk to you about it!. Only drinking water is fine and it's a good way to cut uneccesary calories, but weight loss really is about several different things!. Also, please PLEASE keep in mind that you and your body may never look like the people you see on TV and in magazines!. Those people are exceptions to the rule, not the rule itself!. If you never end up looking like a model and you're happy, perfect!.

Ok, now tips:
-Exercise is good, always!. Don't get discouraged if you don't lose weight right away, muscle weighs more than fat, so you may end up at the same weight with less bodyfat!.
-Lean meats like chicken (as long as it's not, you know, fried and doused in butter) are great!. Fruits and vegetables as a snack, raw, cooked, whatever!. WHOLE GRAINS: your body needs carbs to survive, but when you can eat whole grains!. Because they're digested more slowly, they keep you fuller longer and they don't cause the same spike in your blood sugar as processed carbs (like white bread)!.
-Eating more often, but smaller meals!. The reason that diabetic people who are not treated gain so much weight is due to the wild fluctuations in their blood sugar levels!. Just be conscious of what it is that you're eating and you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, don't starve yourself, EVER!.!.!. Nutrition is very important and plays a high role in losing weight!.!.

Get a good multi vitamin aimed for metabolism, top it off with unsweetened organic Green Tea, and eat MINIMUM 3 times a day but if you can do it, split every meal in half!.

The fact is, we eat too much, Take your breakfast and eat half of it, then 2 or so hours later, eat the next half!. Same with lunch and dinner!. Drink lots of water and green tea, take your vitamins and make a goal, get a scale and stick to it!.!.!.!.

Bike is good but walking and swimming is better

A gym is ultimately where you lose the most weight, you can work every muscle, Remember, building muscle supports metabolism

Good luck, never starve yourself, do not feel guilty when you eat, STRESS = WEIGHT, Cheer up and btw, you don't seem like you are much overweight if at all!.

wanna know how!?

sit in front of the TV ALL day with a massive bottle of water, in the TV room, jog on the spot, do tummy crunches on the ground, do lunges, dance to the music on MTV!! try this

starting Sunday, get up at nine have a decent filling breakfast exercise in front of the TV until 1 have lunch at one and take a break until 2
exercise until 6 den stop exercising until the next day

try having some baths to relax Your muscles and massage your legs and tummy and arms with cream

5'3 should weigh 115lbs plus or minus 5lbs!. (100 lbs for the first 5 feet and 5 lbs for each inch therafter!. )
so you may be about 10 lbs over!. that is not considered really over weight!. Drink water the formula for that is 1 oz for every 2 lbs per day to lose weight!. therefore you should be drinking 64 ounces a day!. get medical attention for the UTI!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only starving is going to do is make you lose muscle, not fat!. Eat a balanced diet and see a doctor and let HIM determine if you need to lose weight or not, then have him give you a diet!. You can't really lose weight FAST and keep it off!.

its a proven fact that if you eat 6 small meals a day rather then the normal larger 3, you will lose more weight because it speeds up your metabolism!. it needs to be healthy food, but you can still always fit that bowl of ice cream or cookie into your daily food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say you are a little overweight for your height!. Try losing at LEAST 10 pounds!.

DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!!! Your body will start eating away the fat, but your also not providing your body with enough nutrients to keep burning fat!. Your weight loss will level out and stop!.

you need to start picking your own food out!. Low calorie, low fat, high carb foods!. (carbs are like pure energy)!.
Mix this with a good running schedule!. WORK YOUR WAY UP TO a couple miles every day!.

Also, lift weights!. Muscle burns more calories than any other body tissue in your body!. Build enough muscle, your body will just eat itself away (keep working out tho), and your metabolism will skyrocket!Www@Answer-Health@Com

all i would do is eat better like no candy or pop
and also just keep riding ur bike everyday for like 45 minutes

First, resume drinking water!. Seriously, Water-weight isn't a bad thing!. Yes, it's easy to loose, but hydration helps keep your system operating properly, which will actually help you loose the more valid "fat" pounds!.

Second, don't starve yourself!. Such an action will have your body kick into overdrive, causing you to get more fat off of every bit of food you eat!. The secret to controlling food intake is chew 20 times for every bite!. This allows your body to get time to signal to your brain that you are full, and don't buy into the "eat everything on your plate"!. If that is a household rule, don't ever take more then 3 spoons of it, and get up and get more when you are finished!. The extra chewing and the walking to get more food burns calories!.

If you don't concentrate on a better lifestyle and only look to crash diet, you will either become morbidly obese or unhealthy in other ways!. Your current external appearance isn't as important as your long-term health!. My best advice is go consult your school's nutritionist about your concerns, and don't start down an unhealthy lifestyle of crash dieting or obesity!.
