How can i get bigger throughout my whole body but not my stomach area?!


Question: How can i get bigger throughout my whole body but not my stomach area!?
I'm trying to gain muscles in my arms, chest, etc!. so im trying to get bigger so i dont look scrawny but i also want nice abs!. are there any ways i could continue to eat alot but not get such a big gut!? i think cardio might even burn fat all over so i dont know if i should do more cardio than i normally do!. I dont want to just try to get abs first because if i get them, i will still be skinny, and if i eat a lot then, the abs will just go away anyways!. but i think if i eat a lot, get my muscle than do lots of cardio and workouts to burn calories, i might just get skinny everywhere!. what should i do to go about this!? please help im desperate!.
any help would be great, thanks!.
please answer all my questions and provide any suggestions for me to grow bigger everywhere but try to maintain the smallest gut as possible!.

ps!. im not saying that i expect to have the skinniest stomach if im trying to gain weight, but i dont want my stomach to be hanging down!. please help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to combine both cardio and muscle training together and look for protein supplements, i!.e!. whey protein, with low sugar!. The sugar is simple for taste and really adds to the calorie intake which means you'll have to work harder to keep the pounds from adding up!. But just make sure you get about 100 gms or so of protein a day!. It sounds hard but it really isn't if you supplement your diet right!. Good luck and train hard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is simply man!. Just gain good weight, muscle!. Hit the weights 4-5 times a week!. Throw in a protein shake after each workout to help build muscle and help you recover faster!. As long as your eating decent(no soda, simple things like that) and bust your a** in the gym you'll see the results you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
