Answers:

Your abdomen (which you refer to as stomach) will fold in two places, everybody's does. One is where your ribs end, or where the abdomen meets the thorax, two compartments which are separated by the diaphragm muscle. The other place is at the level of your bellybutton. It's because you have an indentation there (the bellybutton of course), but also, there's a difference in the deeper layers above and below the belly button. The fascia surrounding the internal oblique muscle splits differently above vs below the bellybutton, this line is called the arcuate line. So, regardless of how skinny you are, you'll never get rid of them, so don't go starving yourself. They may be more pronounced in some people than in others regardless of weight. It's like the lines on the palmar surface of your fingers and hands, they form where you bend them.

You probably notice the "rolls" people refer to, separated by these two lines, when you sit down and slouch forward a bit, this happens to everyone regardless of how thin you are. However, if you stand and you have a flat stomach, you clearly don't need to lose weight. Actually, if you gain weight the skin may stretch and actually help make the lines less visible, but trust me, a few "lines" will always be sexier than a fat tummy. So don't feel bad about it.
