Do cardio!.!.!. run or walk or bike -- they all focus on the legs and will burn fat more than those exercises will!. Strength training exercises like those use carbohydrates as fuel, while cardio uses fatty acids for fuel -- that's what helps "burn fat"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
