Question: Am depressed!?
am fat and i try running but get bored, tried walking but bored, tried the gym get bored an am obese!. how can i lose weight tried jenny craig, la weight lost, nutri system, weights, fasting, grapefruit and boil eggs diet am still fat!. diet pills, shakes, bars am still fat help i need a program !. ooh had a personal trainer can't afford any more still fat!. had lipo but the fat went elsewhere and am still fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, first of all, that last answer sounded to me like somebody was trying to sell you something!. Honestly, no diet is gonna work because a diet ends at some point and when its over, you gain the weight back!. You have to make a lifestyle change!. Exercise is the most important factor in losing weight!. You need to quit making excuses and get into the gym!. All you need to do is start an exercise and weight training routine every day!. Do thirty minutes of cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and an hour of weight training later in the day!. If you desire to do these together, it is important to do the cardio immediately AFTER the weight training!.
Next you need to focus on your eating habits!. Fasting, pills, shakes, etc!. does not work!. To lose weight, you need not to starve yourself, but to eat 5 small meals a day!. Each meal about 2 to 3 hours apart and each meal containing: 1 portion protein, 1 portion carbs, and the other either a fruit or 1 portion of veggies!.
