Question: Need help making a diet plan, but I have food allergies!.!?
I am trying to find a good diet plan for me but I have trouble as I can't eat everything!. I am allergic to fruits!. I can eat a banana without any trouble!. I can also eat some strawberries, rasberries and blueberries but in very little quantities!. I can't eat alot of salad as it gives me stomach aches!. I know it is going to be hard to find a good plan, which is why I am asking here!.

Please help me out! I'm desperate to lose this weight and I can't shed a pound anymore, since March!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm allergic to nearly everything, so I feel your pain!.

One thing I read a couple months ago mentioned that people are often allergic to the pollen in the fruits rather than the actual fruit themselves!. When the fruits are processed, such as when they are canned or cooked, their allergens for many people are reduced!. If you're willing to try it, you could get some fruits that are canned in their own juices (avoid the ones in syrups since those are horrid for you) to see if you react!. If not, that's a good way to go!. I still have minimal allergies to canned fruits, but not nearly as bad as fresh fruit!.

If that doesn't work for you though, you could try integrating vegetables into your diet more!. You mentioned you can eat small amounts of berries, so you could consider making smoothies in the morning with (you might think I'm crazy with this, but it actually tastes really good) a few strawberries and a carrot or two!. It's high in fiber, but actually tastes really good!.

If you can eat nuts, try snacking on those, but avoid the ones that have been coated in salt since the excess sodium will only cause you to retain water!. If you can't, another option for low fat protein is tofu!. If you're allergic to soy!.!.!.well!.!.!.that's another issue as well!. Hopefully you're not!. :) Tofu, when seasoned and cooked correctly, is delicious!. If you're new to tofu try the extra firm kind!.!.!.since the soft kind will just gross you out at first!.

Hmm!.!.!.what else!. Reduce white bread if possible and switch to whole grain!. Be careful that it's whole grain though since a lot of wheat breads actually are white breads with dye to appear healthier!.

Also, like someone mentioned earlier, it may be worth it to see a nutritionist that can help you figure out a good diet plan!. Best of luck, and I empathize with your food allergies!Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are alot of ways for dieting, like water or exercise!.!.!.
Water is very unexpensive and very very good way for it!.
(let me copy paste my answer before this question)
1st DRINK WATER, HOW!! read
1!. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml
glasses of water
2!. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute
3!. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal!.
4!. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink
anything for 2 hours
5!. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at
the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it
to 4 glasses per day!.
6!. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others
can enjoy a healthy life!.

(EXTRA: this will also protect /cure you from Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy,
excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all

Mostly peoples when dieting or trying to lose their weight, eat very less food which can harm their health, dieting mean it not that you eat very small amount of food!. Dieting have some rules!.!.!. Avoiding every food item is not the way to diet!.
Dieting is a planned way to eat only the necessary food items leaving out the heavy, additional and weight gaining foods!. However, even during the dieting, body needs energy to function normally!.
Therefore, while you are reducing your weight, it is necessary to keep on taking vitamin supplements to keep your body replenished with all the important nutrients to remain fit and active!.
