When I'm jogging, what's more important, My intensity, or for howlong i run?!
Question:
When I'm jogging, what's more important, My intensity, or for howlong i run?
Like say I jog and its more intense and i do it for 30 minutes, would that be burning more calores than if i jogged, but it was at a slow pace, except i did that for 60 minutes? so whats more important, the intensity of my excercise or just how long i run? and i know that if we have a high intensity excercise plus doing it for about an hour instead of 30 minutes, that would be better, but which one would i burn the most calories and fat, the high intensity but not a long time, or a long time but low intensity?
Answers:
High intensity is good, but it really depends on what your exercise goals are. Are you training for a marathon? Trying to lose some pounds? Wanting to improve your metabolism/health? It all depends.
Personally, I'd rather run 10 miles slowly than pound through a 6 minute mile, but that's my preference.
Do what feels best for you.
