I'm going on a 10 day water fast, how much weight will i lose? And how do i keep this from my parents?


Answers:

Well, you will gain water weight when you do this. You could lose up to about 7 or 8 pounds, though it won't stay off. The bad thing about diets is that if you don't keep to them, you will gain your weight back. Personally, a 10 day water fast is foolish and unhealthy. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you need to exercise which can really dig into your free time. I suggest you start eating more healthier foods, or less of what you are eating now. Trust me, I have tried many different diets...even one similar to what you are going to attempt and it isn't as easy as it sounds. Temptation will set in and you will see people eating all around you. The only way to keep it from your parents is to stay away from them. You can occassionaly go downstairs to get water and when your parents ask you what you want to eat, say you already ate.
