Answers:
Your body fat percentage is really low!. If you build muscle, you will gain actual pounds because muscle weighs more than fat!. Because your body has not finished developing, do not try to diet to "look thinner!." Your body needs nutrients to build itself!. Rather than not eating, eat healthier!.!.!.plenty of fresh fruits, veggies, meat, milk products!. Exactly what your diet should be depends on your individual health!. For example, young people need calcium, but if you have a cholesterol problem, you should not eat a lot of the high calcium foods that contain milk fats, such as cheese!. It sounds like you are probably healthy, so eat well, exercise and relax!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running is the best way to look leaner!. Make sure to incorporate strength training on the day you run!. If you lift everyday (which you can do by switching muscle groups that you are working) your body fat should disappear!.

Eat as healthy as possible as well, you will look and feel better!. Cut all the sugary stuff as well as high fat stuff!. Whole plant foods (fruits and vegetables) are essential!. Don't count calorie if you are exercising all the time though!.

In short it is very possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, as well as the opposite!.

As far as body fat percentage- You should never go below 5%!. Hardcore bodybuilders sometimes do this during competitions, and it is very unhealthy for extended periods of time!. For a really awesome lean male body, aim for right around 8 to 10 !. I am at about 13-14, and trust me it is hard to get to the 8-10 percent range without a lot of exercise!. The reason I amn't there is because of lack of time to exercise lately!.

But the important thing that guys with lean six packs do is eat everything really healthy!. I even asked the director of my college fitness center about it and he responded " It's a lot of really good nutrition"!. Keep that in mind whenever you eat!. Don't cut calories for a lean muscular body, just make sure that every calorie is a very healthy one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

11% is fine!.!.!.why lose it!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

fat burns off quicker than muscle is put onWww@Answer-Health@Com
