Is there really a best time to exercise?!


Question:

Is there really a best time to exercise?

I have heard some people tell me, its best in the morning before you eat, and I have heard others say its best in the evening after you have eaten dinner.


Answers:

I prefer the morning, after a light breakfast and before lunch. It gives me energy for the day. I dont like working out after dinner because I feel heavy and sluggish and its hard to sleep. The afternoons are too busy at my gym and I cant use any equipment.
