Is it possible to lose 7-8 kgs in two months, or am I being unrealistic?

How much would I need to exercise each day to lose 7-8 kgs in 2 months?


Answers:

That's approx. 1 kg per week. I think that's very realistic. I am also trying to lose about 15 pounds. Get plenty of exercise. I'm doing an hour of bicycling in hilly terrain every 2 days. 30 minutes of biking on normal terrain daily, then a light upper body workout daily. Eat healthy, cut out junk foods, get some exercise, even if it's only walking, and you can do it!
