Question: How can I lose 40lbs in 4 weeks without gaining a lot of muscle!?
I weigh 160lbs and I'm 5'5 so I know I'm over weight and I want to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you SHOULD NOT lose 10lbs a week!. that is unhealthy and you will be losing lean muscle!. don't worry about gaining a lot of muscle, you'll be losing it!. in turn slowing your metabolism and when you start to eat like a human being again you will gain it all back and more and you'll be less fit and less able to burn fat than ever!. losing that much weight that fast is a sure fire way to be a fat slob for the rest of your life!. losing weight is difficult and it didn't take only 4 weeks to put it on!. give yourself time to take it off!. 2 lbs a week is good!. you need muscle to burn fat!. you need a high metabolism to keep weight off!. if you love yourself!. give your body some time!. you will get there!. 40 pounds in 4 weeks!.!. thats a lot of weight you should extend that goal to like 3 months or so because that is really unhealthy!.

You can try drinking green tea 3 times a day (it's nasty but works)
Drink lots of water
Exercise for an hour a day
Cut out all the junk food!.

this actually works you can loose a stone in a week by eating fruit and vegetables but the rule is you cannot eat more than 3lbs of them a day otherwise it won't work!. But drink lots of water to bloat and not feel hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i suggest don't eat meat
eat salads,fruits, and vegetables
do exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
