Lossing weight? it stopped.?!
Question: Lossing weight!? it stopped!.!?
i just started losing weight with diet and excercise!.
got 7 lbs already!.
from 5"4 and 125 to 5 4" and 119!.5-117!.0lbs!.
and i countinued to excercise and eating less and less!.
i eat 2 meals a day!. or sometimes 1!.
with rice and meat or soem side dishes!.
and one glass o f milk each day to get taller and stronger in my bones!.
but i cant seem to lose weight anymore!
i just stop between the range of 119 to 117
my goal!?

You are at a healthy weight for your height!. You don't need to lose weight!. Your body will grow and needs that energy, and when you're done with puberty, if you're eating healthy, it will shed the excess fat on its own!.
You need to be eating more, not less!. Not huge meals, but glorified snacks!. PB and an Apple, veggies and rice, fruit smoothie(fruit, ice, soymilk, protein[like hemp seeds or flax seeds, or even a little scoop of peanut butter, makes it taste almost sinful, even though there's nothing in it!!), oatmeal with cinnamon and honey, cereal and milk, banana and whole grain bread and almond butter, etc!.,!. You're aiming for 150-200 cals a meal and to be spacing them no more than 2 hours apart!. You shouldn't be stuffed, but satiated!.
Try to have 1/3 of your food come from fruits/veggies, you will feel soo much better/healthier, less bloated probably, as well as have a better complexion!.
If you eat more meals your body will go to the weight it feels most comfortable at, it will burn off the excess fat and give you sustained energy throughout the day!. It is a secret of pro athletes, models, and everyone who doesn't struggle with diet issues!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok 100 lbs!. is too thin!. average weight for someone that is your height is around 120!. so if your unhappy maybe aim for 110!.
but anyways, you need to start eating more meals a day!. that doesnt necessarily mean more food!. just eat small meals about 5 times a day so that your metabolism keeps going all the time!. when you eat less your body starts storing fat because it doesnt know when you are going to eat next and you wont lose any more weight that way!.
and when you exercise you gain muscle mass, which weighs more than fat!. so it is quite possible that you are in fact getting thinner but your weight is not changing because you are gaining muscle!.
and stress can also be a factor!. it can make you contain water weight!. so if you are constantly worrying about how you look, just relax and know that your hard work will pay off!. just do it the smart way!. if you keep eating the way you are then you might develop an eating disorder!. so be careful!Www@Answer-Health@Com
