Question!? - The location of your muscles is due to genetics BUT the shape and appearance is not!. They depend upon your use or exercising of those muscle!. How large and which muscles may grow depends upon your life style and how you work out!. Take the initiative!. Talk to a local trainor, maybe at the local YMCA or health club or school coach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes and no!. While genetics do play a part, the biggest issue is how well you lift, how thorough you do!. I heard about a guy doing only curls for his biceps!.!.!.just curls!. Then started hammer curls and was like, "Wow, this is cool!." I do curls, concentration curls, twist curls, outer curls, inner curls, hammer curls, and incline curls!. I workout all parts of the bicep, so my bicep will look more "complete" and "full!."

Make sure to hit all areas of your muscles with varied exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when people talk about shaping their abs, biceps or whatever!.!.!. thats not possible because the shape is genetic!. All a muscle knows is to contract, extend and grow

the appearance you can alter by getting a tan and lower or increase your fat percentageWww@Answer-Health@Com
