I'd say talk to a nutritionist!. The drinks and gimmicks can be really unhealthy!.

The best way to gain healthy weight is to increase you calorie intake by about 1,000 -2,000 calories (depending on how active you currently are - and assuming you eat around 2,000 calories a day)!.

Also if you want maximum weight gain you have to eat more meals, do less cardio (if you have to work out only lift weights)!.

But to get a specific plan for your ideal weight it's best to work with a health specialist (dr!. or nutritionist)!.

"Weight gainer" is typically used to help you gain muscle mass not fat!. Fat is less dense than muscle, and if you fill your fat reserves instead of your muscle reserves, you won't get the most effective use of the product!. Drink whole milk and eat ice cream instead!. That is a lot healthier than those supplements!.

You should also consider exercise!. Not aerobic stuff, but heavy lifting definitely helps in increasing your body weight!.
