hello everyone =]
Okay so I am 15 years old , and I am 5'8 and a half
haha , yes I know I am tall !. Okay anyways , I go to
the gym every 2nd day , I do all the weights one day then
the next I do cardio !. I eat only wheat bread , and everything
I have is diet !. I dont drink pop , not even diet!. I drink
crystal light cause plain water taste like crap , haha =P
and at first I lost 22 pounds which made me 132, but
then I went to mexico and got up to 142 , I went back to
doing what I do and I am not losing ANYTHING!! is it
cause im gaining muscle !? from doing weights!? but i still
do cardio so i should be losing weight !.!.!. whats wrong !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Big hips are a good thing, and are feature that are usually embraced!. Big waist is the bad thing, not hips!.

You probably have gained muscle, yes!. How much water have you been drinking!? You could be retaining some of it!. Sometimes when I drink 6 bottles a day and eat my normal amount of food my weight fluctuates over 5 lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weights might be causing you to gain muscle - that's a possibility!.

Remember muscle weighs more than fat, so if you lose fat but gain muscle, you might actually gain weight even though you look thinner! So don't go by just the number on the scale, but go by how you feel and how you look in the mirror since that's a better indicator of health!.

dont do so much weights your just building alot of muscle wich dosent look that great on girls,and if your dieting then thats bad because if you diet by eating a little or not eating when your hungry you just gain more weight because your body thinks your starving yourself so it retaining food longer just eat healthier and when ever your hungry its okay to have a snack never starve yourself you just end up gaining more weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

well you don't need to be 132!. 142 is much better for your height!. But!.!. I am not sure what is wrong!.!. maybe you just havewnt given it enough time yet!? It is always easier to lose weight the 1st time around, than the 2nd time around!. BUt it could be because of muscle!. Muscle does weigh a lot more!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i did pilates a half an hour every 2 days and i lost 20 pounds

*i would think its because of the lifting weights

1!. First of all for best fat loss results, you should do cardio exercise same day following the weight training exercise
Weight taring exercises uses up the glycogen and the aerobic exercise than uses stored fat for energy!.

2!. It is possible that you are gaining muscle and not losing fat, or gaining more muscle than fat!. Large muscle will eventually increase you metabolism to keep you slim!.

3!. You should not drink diet soda!. It make you crave for high calories foods!. Crystal light is good!. You can also make fresh lemonade with splenda and keep it in your fridge!. Buy Frozen unsweetened concentrated orange juice, mix one tablespoon of orange juice to one cup of water!. There are many ways to drink water then just drink soda!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
