Heres the thing, I worked out for 2 hrs 45 min and consumed less calories than supposed too, and i gained,Why?

I did my yoga for 2 hrs and walked for 45 min. I only consumed a little less then 2000 calories. Before i went to bed, i gained a couple of pounds. Why?


Answers:

Daily fluctuations in body weight are usually due to water. If you drank some water after you worked out and then got on the scale it might seem as if you gained weight. Likewise, if you pee a lot and then get on the scale it might seem like you lost weight.

Don't get discouraged, true healthy weight loss is not something that happens quickly. If you lose half a lb per week, your doing great b/c that is what is considered safe and healthy.

Here are some easy tricks to help: drink skim milk, only drink diet soda, and buy items that are light or reduced fat when you can.
