I just had a blood test done this morning!. It went well, aside from the fact I passed out for a moment!. lol Would it be dangerous to keep my gym schedule today!? I am already a day behind, I really can't afford to miss it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
If you're talking about a "standard" blood test where they withdraw 2-3 test tubes of blood, then you should be OK to exercise after about an hour or so after you've had the test done!.

I'm assuming you passed out because of the sight of blood, not because they took so much out!.

However, keep a close eye on yourself during your exercise routine and stop immediately if you begin to feel faint or light headed!.

no wait an hour or so is what they say because if you do you don't have enough blood to go threw your body and u get queasy and faint my brother played pond hockey after his and almost passed out in the car ride home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For some people, that is a normal recation to having blood drawn!.

I suggest go!. But if you feel light headed or dizzy working out, stop and rest!.

Don't forget to drink plenty of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If the blood test was this morning and you have been eating sensibly today then you are fine!. If you feel at all light headed then stop but you should be back to normal now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wait a few hours before exercising to let the blood flow and eat something so your heart can put THAT in your blood stream as wellWww@Answer-Health@Com
