A healthy diet will help!. You can eat protein but if you are eating junk food at the same time it will be of no help!. Don't bother ingesting alot of protein at once!. It's better to get 20-30 grams 6 times throughout the day then 50 grams 3 times a day!. your body will only accept so much at once!. You will just end up hurting your kidney's if you don't!. Regular exercise!. Make sure you work your legs out at least once a week!. Alot of hormones are released from the legs and people who neglect to work them will not see as great of a result!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well It all depends on your type of work out!.!.!. Try caffeine pills!.!.!. caffeine numbs pains in muscles and provides extra strength in your work outs!.!.!. try eating as many meals as you can but make them small meals!.!.!.!. and don't eat after 7-8 pm!. Stretch not only before but after too!.!.!.!. Have a protein shake not just before but after too!.!.!.!. go to sleep a little bit earlier and of course eat a big breakfast!.!.!. Good luck
