Yes, less than an hour!. Reduces cortisol buildup & cortisol ruins muscle building!.
Less reps, higher wt!. Try a wt you can do 6-8 reps with, then up it when that gets ez!. do 4-5 exercises, with 3 or 4 sets each!.
Do the classics-bench, squats & dead lifts!. Do extra things like drop-downs, negatives, forced-reps, & rest-pause!.
Stick to compound lifts!. And take a lot of rest between lifting days-you grow when you rest!.
Don't forget to eat, more than you need to maintain, & lots of protein!.
Oh,!. & limit cardio!. No more than 3 times a week, up to 30 minutes a time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you basically need to be lifting weights that allow you to complete between 6-12 reps only, as this is what bodybuilders use since it is proven to cause the greatest increase in muscle size/mass!. you should reach failure on the last repetition of the movement in order to provide enough stimulus for the muscle to grow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
