Losing 1-2lbs per week is the healthiest and has the highest probability of keeping those pounds off in the future as long as you stick to your healthy lifestyle!.

First things first--to lose weight!.
1) Find out what your BMR is!. BMR is the number of calories your body burns in a regular day!. You can calculate your BMR by googling "BMR calculator" Try to find for a really accurate one that asks how many hours you burn doing "sedentary" "light" "moderate" "heavy" work rather than just your age, height, and weight!.
2) Take your BMR and subtract 500 calories!. If your BMR is 2000 than you should consume only 1500 calories per day to lose a pound per week (3500 calories = 1 pound of fat) But you can eat like 2000 calories and burn off 500 calories with exercise!. Find a healthy balance between limiting calories by eating and burning calories by exercising!.
3) Eat 5 healthy, small meals everyday 3 hours apart!. Staple it around veggies, fruits, lean meat, and whole grains!. Try to minimize frying, stir frying, or using too much oil!. Boiling, baking, grilling--good stuff!. And remember the color rule: red sauces good (ketchup, marinara, hot sauce, etc!. have low calories)!. White sauces bad (alfredo, ranch, etc have high calories)!. Keep lots of fruits and veggies in the house so that you'll munch on them rather than other stuff!. Avoid all junk food and bad food (pizza, chips, burgers, fried foods, cookies, brownies, etc!.)!. Drink mostly water, unsweetened tea, black coffee, lowfat/fat free milk, and/or "no sugar added" juice drinks!. Limit the last 3 drinks!. No, you may not have diet sodas!.
4)Always do 30-60min of exercise everyday!. Remember that you should move 30-40min constantly for your body to start burning stored fat!. Exercise 3-5 times a week if not more!. Include weight lifting and toning to build muscles because muscles = more calories burned!.
5) Create small timeline goals!. Don't bunch 20lbs by December!. Do 5 pounds by September, another 5lbs by October, etc!.

It is possible, But it totally depends on your body!. Normally they say the safest weight loss is about 1-2 lbs per week!. Going that rate you come pretty close to 20 lbsWww@Answer-Health@Com
