Is 6 Second Abs any good?
Honest answers from people who have one of these devices & have used it properly with a healthy low fat diet for at least a week. Any results? Or at least, can you feel it working, I'm thinking of buying one, I'm lean & into healthy eating & fitness but this device looks better than nay I've ever seen before. Just want to get some feedback before buying.

my mums bf got it, hes slim but big cuilt and started seeing a 'pack' within 3 weeks doing it 3 times aday. ive tryed it and you can deffinatly feel it wrking.
