Will this help lose arm weight?

Everynight i lift up a weight that waighs the same as na aukustic guitar 20 times with one arm, and 20 with the other...
By doing this, how much will i lose a week, a month? If it's not working, how many times should i do this so i lose a lot of arm weight as fast as i can???

You can't 'spot reduce.' It is impossible, because fat comes off of your entire body from everywhere it is stored at the same rate.

You are actually more likely to end up getting bigger, and therefore 'fatter' looking arms by just focusing on them like this, since you will likely build muscle mass, which adds bulk.

If you want to lose weight, you should do cardio instead. Maybe do some anaerobic stuff as well, since high muscle mass helps you burn calories faster. To consistently lose wight, you need to make sure you are burning more calories than you are eating every single day. Lifting a chair every night will never help your ams look thinner.
