Jogging: questions about increasing speed?
this morning i jogged for 20 minutes straight on a treadmill: half 4mph, half at 5mph, and it was pretty easy. i'm gonna try doing all 5mph next time. how often though, should i increase my speed then? and by how much? i plan on jogging every day for 20 minutes...
i'm 16 and weigh 135 (BMI is 23.7) i like to run but havent been doing it very much lately...
