What is a good pre-meal for a 10 mile jog and drink for energy and strength?
during my weekly jog i find myself becoming more weak and tired than usual. need something to help with last 3 miles or so

Okay man, I suggest a very high carb meal like a bowl or two of pasta about an hour beforehand, along with lots of water to get you hydrated before the run.
During the run, you may consider Gatorade or a juice to give you the simple sugars as quick bursts of energy.
