i am thinking of buying physedge and i need to know can i 12 year old take it (and no i'm not 12)

I wouldn't suggest it.

If I were you, I'd get her (or him) to excersise on a daily basis.

Physedge may not be good for them at that age.
Besides, the best way isn't always pills
