Here are some simple steps that you have heard, these are just added information!.!.!.

If you have nothing to do stay away from the fridge and walk outside when it's less sunny, an average person should at least walk 10,000 steps per day!. maybe if you walk for 10 minutes, rest, and repeat the process it would work!.!.!. but i'm not sure about 5 minutes oh and you have to keep your heart rate up also!. Eating Healthy and exercising daily are the only two ways you'll lose the weight you want and keep it off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if u can only do exercise for small amounts of time then do exercise for small amounts of time every little bit helps also eating a healthy diet will be a big help!.
