your wieght at your height is what I would classify as underweight if you are carrying muscle!. I am guessing your body is damn near perfect!. Don't f*** it up by sacrifcing muscle based on some chart!. Those charts, the BMI and all that crap are worthless as they do not account for bodyfat levels!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you shud be happy and feel lucky cuz at your age most girls hate sports, over weight or are stuck behind a book!.
if you are really that desperate to loose 10lbs then just keep playin sports and maybe cut off on sweets and stuff
