How do I lose 5-10 lbs????!


Question: How do I lose 5-10 lbs!?!?!?!?
I am 5'5" and weigh on average 150 lbs!. I would like to be 145 or even 140!. I am going to the beach in 4 weeks and I would like to know how I could loose 5-10 lbs by then!. Even if it's 5 lbs that would be fine with me!. My husband and me are also trying to have a child and I think if I could loose 5-10 lbs that, that might help us also!. I am 24 and would like to just me in better shape!. I am currently a size 10 and if I could lose 5-10 lbs then I know my size would drop to (hopefully unless I build muscel)!. I lost 17 pounds in three months by eating only 1200 calories a day and running/fast walking a mile and a half everyday!. I was even able to eat sweets, but only if they didn't make my calorie intake go overboard!. It has been a year and I still continue to watch what I eat, and I have gone from 160 pounds to 135 pounds

I am also 5'5 and when I weighed 140, I felt great!. And even though I do not have a lot of muscle definition, the change in losing 5 pounds mentally and physically is definitly worth the sacrifices!. And good luck in conceiving a child!! Breakfast
Egg whites, 1 slice wheat toast, half a glass of reduced sugar oranje juice if you like

10:30 AM Snack-apple, pear, 3 walnut halves

Lunch
Huge Green salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, vinaigrette dressing, plus skinless chicken, turkey or fish

3:30 PM Snack-apple, pear, 3 walnut halves

Dinner
Huge plate of greens (broccoli, spinach, cabbage, kale), plsu skinless chicken, turkey or fish

for a workable diet -
here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet!. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb(potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category), 25% protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.an occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit (ideally berries) or soy nuts!. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs!. switch from white rice and bread to brown!. eat 900gms of veggies a day!.Lose a kilo a week!. that is permanent loss!. pick an exercise regime you like!.
get a pedometer and try to take 10,000 steps everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
